Wellbeing Workshop: Gut Health
This Wellbeing Workshop will combine two styles of yoga, a guided meditation practice, a delicious brunch and learning from qualified Medical Herbalist and Naturopath Angela, how to optimise your gut health.

You will be greeted with refreshments before we begin an energising vinyasa yoga practice to invigorate and wake up the body and mind.
After a short refreshment break, you will begin your first session with Medical Herbalist and Naturopath Angela, Gut Health Bio-hacks- learning how your digestive system works and how you can put in place daily habits to optimise it.
A delicious brunch made with fresh, local ingredients, will then be served in the beautiful Bloomsburys Biddenden restaurant. You will have an opportunity to explore Bloomsburys beautiful surroundings.
The afternoon begins with Angela's second session, Gut Health Herbs - learning about herbs that help your digestion, including making ‘herbal bitters’ to take home.
The Workshop will wind down with a relaxing slow flow yoga session and guided meditation practice leaving you feeling completely relaxing and recharged.
