New Year Wellbeing Day Retreat
Sunday 15th January, 10am - 3pm at Bloomsburys Biddenden, Kent
Start the new year with a Wellbeing Day Retreat to reset and recharge your mind and body.
A day of rejuvenating wellbeing activities including yoga, a beginners guide to meditation, a (delicious) nutritious lunch, smoothies, goodie bags and more.
10am, Start the day with an energising yoga practice (suitable for all abilities) and smoothies.
11am Hear from two wellbeing professionals.
Aria Einar an Emotional Wellness Coach will guide us through the power of self reflection and emotional wellbeing.
Angela, a Herbalist and Naturopath will provide an interactive Herbal Wellbeing Talk.
12.45pm, We will break for a delicious and nutritious lunch provided by Bloomsburys Biddenden and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
1.45pm, The afternoon starts with a beginners guide to meditation, which will including exercises and take-home skills.
2.15pm, The day will end with a slower restorative focused yoga practice, allowing you to put into practice some of the meditation techniques you have learnt.
Who is the Wellbeing Workshop for?
Anyone who wants to start the new year positively prioritising their physical, emotional and mental health. No yoga or meditation experiences is necessary. Everyone is welcome.
