A lovely relaxed flowing class incorporating many elements of yoga in an accessible way.
No previous yoga experience necessary.

In my classes you can expect to meet other like minded expectant mums, to learn safe active postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help you remain active and calm during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.
Everybody is welcome, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while.

Postnatal yoga uses movement, balance and relaxation to give your body and mind the time and space to recover from pregnancy and birth.
Classes are focused on mums but we do occasionally incorporate little ones into the practice and you are of course welcome stop to see to your babies needs at any point in the class.
Its a safe space to talk about new shared experiences with other like minded local mums.
The studio at Bloomsburys Biddenden is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for car seats, playmats and anything else you need to bring with you.
There is a café onsite to have a delicious coffee, cake or even lunch with other mums after the class.
Postnatal yoga is suitable for mums from 6 to 8 weeks after birth, depending on delivery.
