A lovely relaxed flowing class incorporating many elements of yoga in an accessible way. 
No previous yoga experience necessary. 

Pregnant Woman Practicing Yoga


Thursdays 6.20 - 7.20pm
The Old School Room, Marden Memorial Hall, Marden Kent
£55 for the 6 week course. 

Enjoy an active yet relaxing pregnancy yoga class, which can help you to feel more comfortable as your pregnancy progresses and help you prepare for birth.

In my classes you can expect to meet other like minded expectant mums, to learn safe active postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to help you remain active and calm during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. 


Everybody is welcome, whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while.

Baby Yoga


0-6 months Wednesday 10-10.45am, Headcorn

6 months + Wednesday 11.05-11.50am, Headcorn 

Postnatal yoga uses movement, balance and relaxation to give your body and mind the time and space to recover from pregnancy and birth.

Classes are focused on mums but we do occasionally incorporate little ones into the practice and you are of course welcome stop to see to your babies needs at any point in the class. 

Suitable for mums 6 to 8 weeks after birth, depending on delivery. £55 for a 6 weeks course. 

Iyengar Class

1 TO 1 

Focus on your personal goals with a 1 to 1 session. 
£40 per 1hr private class
£180 for a block of 5 x 1hr private classes, valid for three months
