Cancellation Policy
Thank you for practicing with me! I understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep classes and events running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please read the policy below before booking.
Class Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are not processed automatically when you cancel a booking online. All valid refunds must be requested by email and will be manually reviewed and processed according to the timelines below:
More than 24 hours' notice: You are entitled to a full (100%) refund. You must email your refund request after cancelling online.
Between 24 hours and 6 hours' notice: You are entitled to a partial (50%) refund. You must email your refund request after cancelling online.
Less than 6 hours' notice: No refunds can be given for cancellations made within this late window.
No-shows: If you miss a class without letting me know, the full session fee is forfeit.
Class Transfers
If you cannot make your class but still want to practice, you can transfer your ticket to a future date!
Individual classes booked are entitled to 1 transfers free of charge. Class Passes have unlimited transfers, free of charge. You can self-manage your transfer through Bookwhen up to 6 hours before the class starts.
Transfers are not permitted within 6 hours of the class start time.
Event cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are not processed automatically when you cancel an event booking online. All valid refunds must be requested by email and will be manually reviewed and processed according to the timelines below:
More than 72 hours' notice: You are entitled to a full (100%) refund. You must email your refund request after cancelling online.
Between 72 hours and 24 hours' notice: I will advertise your place on the event and will refund you if I can fill the place. If your place cannot be filled in this time, no refund will be given.
Less than 24 hours' notice: No refunds can be given for cancellations made within this late window.
No-shows: The full fee is forfeited.
Transfers are not permitted on event bookings.
