Using easy-to-learn breathing exercises combined with essential oil aromatherapy, she will show you how to relax, banish stress, energise your mind and reconnect with your body.

What to expect:

​

You will be welcomed to the workshop by Hannah & Esther. Refreshments will be on hand and there will be time to relax and settle into the light and spacious studio. 

​

To begin you will be immersed into a mindful yoga practice and meditation guided.

​

The class is designed to energise and calm your mind, and will guide you through poses that focus on stretching, strengthening, and relaxing.

​

There will be a break for refreshments and time to explore the beautiful surroundings at Bloomsburys. 

​

After the break you will discover the beauty of plant essences with Esther from Project Breathe. Using easy-to-learn breathing exercises combined with essential oil aromatherapy, she will show you how to relax, banish stress, energise your mind and reconnect with your body.

No breathwork or yoga experience is needed, just a desire to give yourself space and permission to move, breathe & nourish your body.

Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothes that feel easy to move and relax in.
