The food

Food is an integral part of the retreat experience, nourishing both body and mind. I'm delighted to be working with a highly regarded local catering company, renowned for creating exceptional, wholesome food.
 

You'll enjoy three freshly prepared vegetarian meals each day, crafted with vibrant seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce wherever possible. Every meal is designed to be as delicious as it is nourishing, bringing together beautiful flavours, colour, and quality ingredients.
 

All meals are included in the retreat price, and any dietary requirements shared at the time of booking will be carefully catered for, ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy the experience.

Poke bowl with quinoa salad with grilled cheese.
